Ken May was born in Pikeville, Kentucky, and grew up in
the Columbus, Ohio area. During the sixties, seventies, and eighties, he performed, recorded, and toured with many different
artists and bands, including his famous brother Mark May, a very well-known blues-rock singer/songwriter/guitarist.
Ken moved to Texas
in the early eighties. He has lived with his wife Cheryl in League City, Texas since 1987, where he owns and operates
a music instruction studio, teaching guitar, piano, bass, and what he calls success education classes. His goal with these
self-improvement classes is to help people actualize their unlimited personal potential in any and every area of life. As
a part of that goal, Ken seeks to use music to motivate his audience and help them change for the better.
During recent years, Ken May has been designing
web sites and other mediums in an effort to promote his revolutionary discoveries in the self-help field.
